Excellent rigid panel system increased protection against cut through, ideal for use in schools, commercial outlets and good alternative on industrial sites where other products are not suitable. A rigid type system providing an excellent visual appearance. Its aesthetic look is especially popular with Architects and Specifiers. Manufactured to BSEN 1722 Part 14 Cat 2 & 3.
PANELS:
Manufactured using 6mm vertical and 2no 8mm horizontal wires welded at each intersection creating a strong and durable panel, the mesh aperture consists of a 200 x 50mm mesh spacing providing excellent see through visibility! The above is also available using 5mm vertical and 2no 6mm horizontal wires for a more cost effective option.
POST SYSTEM:
Standard posts are manufactured from 60 x 60 Rolled Hollow Section. All posts include threaded inserts, leaving a clean and flush design to the rear face. A specially designed clamping assembly that secures the panels in place.
APPLICATIONS:
Our Rigid panel system is suitable for most applications were general site demarcations is required typical examples are uses in schools, public areas, industrial sites and retail outlets.
GATES:
Standard gates are available or tailored-made to suit your requirements. All gates are supplied with rear hung adjustable hinges, pad-lockable drop-bolts, multi-holed to suit site conditions complete with anti-climb slide latch.
